Gacha Good The Best is Yet to Come event is still running until 2/15/17 and today I wanted to spotlight the Go Frock Yourself Heart on a String outfit. The exclusive outfit for the event is a red knit deep V-neck tunic with printed interlocking ribbon hearts and black ankle length pants. There are two other style outfits available for sale at the event. Heart on a String outfit is fitted for mesh and classic avi’s. To finish off the Valentine’s Day casual styling, Go Frock Yourself has Slink & Belleza nail appliers in a number of different styles. The one I’m modeling below has 10 varieties of hearts. The sky broke through the clouds and the sun shined down on the valley, signs of spring are in the crisp air. Today, I wanted to style a garden room featuring Park Place Home Decor items at Gacha Good The Best Is Yet To Come Event until February 15, 2017. The event offers exclusives items and 2 gacha pulls; one for home decor items ($40/pull) and the other for fashion items ($60/pull). The exclusive home items available for individual sale are the Touch of Spring Bench, Floor Pillows and Flower Houseplants (Yellow Hibiscus, Pink Frangipani & Purple Hibiscus). Some of the home gacha collection shown above includes Basket of Yellow Roses, Liberty Planter Arrangement (trio) and Flower Basket Pink. Another exclusive item offered at The Best Event is by Park Place Casuals the Elena Slacks Outfit in Chocolate/Beige. The outfit features a brown leather vest style front detail on a cream shirt with taper leg beige pants. The classic slacks are also available in dark red and black. And if you’re looking for a more laid back style, jeans in two colors are for sale. I’m wearing Lamb Dissolved Girl hair, a past group gift and Modish Nadine Gem set, free group gift from the Ultra Event. Happy Tuesday! Out here in Silicon Valley, we are having some bad weather with flash flood warning, thunder and lighting, and a snow forecast for the Santa Cruz Mountains. I know I shouldn’t complain, but I’m worried about the creek behind my house overflowing. Anyway, winter is still around and today I wanted to pay tribute to it featuring Tylar’s Treasures Celebrate Winter Decor collection available for sale at Color Me Happy Event until 2/6/17. The collection includes a modern white wood and marble fireplace, white ottoman trunk with beige pillows, and three bare trees with twinkling lights and a “celebrate” mantle sign. Color Me Happy is a small event highlighting new and upcoming designers. This is their first event, so I’m not sure if it will be a recurring shopping experience. I also wanted to highlight the Snowy Landscapes framed artwork above the fireplace from The Artist Shed, a free gift on the Winter Blows Hunt until 1/31/17.Another gift on the Winter Blows Hunt is Wynona by Prism, a white cable-knit turtle-neck sweater dress with black belt. I love the detail knit on the dress with larger cable-knitting down the middle and small knit on the side and neckline.The last item I would like to showcase is Brook Hill Living Faun Chandelier available in Gold and Silver/Black at Shiny Shabby event until 2/15/17. The Faun Chandelier is elegant, opulent and exquisitely detailed with glorious illumination…it’s a statement piece that makes the room. Ultra Elegance

Happy Sunday! Just a quick blog post to highlight Snowpaws Courant Bow Silk Gown in Topaz and Modish Nadine Amethyst Gem Jewelry Set offered for free at another new to me event, Ultra (available until February 15, 2017). Ultra is a bi-monthly event featuring 45 designers with exclusive collections in fashion, home decor, skin and more. I loved everything about Snowpaw’s Courant gown from the deep jade color, to the oversized front bow and small details of the tulle skirt overlay with delicate ribbon accent on back. The Modish Nadine set in gold with amethyst gems is the perfect complement to the ultra elegant gown. Did I forget to mention the best part, both items and more are free to group members (free to join group) until 2/15/17. Traditional Christmas (section #1)

Greetings fellow interior designers, Second Life residents and friends! Hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. Big congrats to Hidden Gems for its’ 3rd year anniversary. I’ve been bursting at the seems to share some exciting news with you, my interior design company, Interior & Spaces Home Designs, was hired to design four areas on The Best of SL sim for the BOSL’s Holiday Lyric Hunt (December 13th-31st). BOSL is the premier fashion agency, magazine and shopping district as well as the organizers of the Miss Virtual World Academy, MVW and Mr. Virtual World Pageant. I’m truly honored to have the opportunity to expand my business from residential home consultation to sim builds for fashion agencies. The Holiday Lyric Hunt is taking place in four sectors of the shopping district offering male/female/unisex and home decor gifts. I designed four theme scenes: traditional Christmas (section #1), silly snowmen (section #2), winter landscape (section #3) and modern holiday glam (section #4) using products from Sway’s, What Next, Finishing Touches, Park Place Home Decor, Dreamscapes Art Gallery, The Mustard Seed, Potomac Signature Homes, Chez Moi, Vespertine, The Loft, Convair, Baclava, Trompe Loeil and Silvery K.
